A repeatable sharpening ritual
1. Attach. Set the guide on a clean, stable surface, choose 15° or 20°, and let the magnets hold the blade.
2. Sharpen. Roll the 400-grit surface along the full edge with light, even pressure.
3. Refine. Finish with the 1000-grit surface for a smoother, cleaner edge.
4. Pack. Wipe the system dry and return both pieces to the presentation box.
From outdoor cooking knives to everyday kitchen blades
Designed for straight-edge steel kitchen, camp and outdoor cooking knives. Use the angle recommended by the knife maker: 15° for a finer edge and 20° for a more robust everyday edge.
Do not use on serrated knives, scissors or ceramic blades. Use EdgeRoll™ Pro dry, work on a stable surface, keep fingers away from the edge and wipe away residue after use.

Sharp knives, wherever dinner happens.
At camp, in the RV or beside the grill, a dependable edge makes food prep faster and more controlled. EdgeRoll™ Pro gives you the guided motion of a rolling sharpener in a compact set that is easy to carry with the rest of your cooking gear.
No soaking. No oil. No permanent sharpening bench.

No guesswork. Just a steady angle.
The weighted body creates a smooth, controlled motion while the magnetic guide supports the blade at a consistent 15° or 20° position.
Each pass follows the same path, giving you more repeatable contact than freehand sharpening in the field or at home.

Sharpen first. Refine second.
Start with the 400-grit surface to restore a dull straight edge. Follow with the 1000-grit surface to smooth and refine it.
Two complementary stages in one compact roller—ready for the next meal, campsite or kitchen.

15° precision. 20° resilience.
15° supports a finer edge for thin, precision-oriented straight blades.
20° creates a more robust edge for everyday kitchen and outdoor cooking knives.
Always follow the angle recommended by the knife manufacturer or match the blade’s existing edge.

A complete edge kit that packs small.
The roller and magnetic guide store together as a compact set, ready to move between the gear box, camp kitchen and home.
Inside: one weighted rolling sharpener with 400-grit and 1000-grit surfaces, plus one magnetic 15° / 20° angle guide.
Frequently asked questions
The practical details before EdgeRoll™ Pro joins your camp kitchen or home.
Is EdgeRoll™ Pro designed for outdoor use?
Yes. The compact two-piece system is easy to carry for camp cooking, RV trips, grilling and other outdoor food-prep setups. Always sharpen on a clean, dry and stable surface.
What makes it different from a portable whetstone?
A whetstone normally requires the user to maintain the sharpening angle by hand. EdgeRoll™ Pro supports the blade with a magnetic 15° / 20° guide while the weighted roller moves along the edge, creating a more repeatable routine without soaking the surfaces.
What is the difference between the 400-grit and 1000-grit surfaces?
The 400-grit surface is the sharpening stage for restoring and reshaping a dull straight edge. The 1000-grit surface is the honing stage that smooths and refines the sharpened edge.
Should I use 15° or 20°?
Use the angle recommended by the knife manufacturer or match the knife’s existing edge. The 15° position creates a finer angle; the 20° position creates a more robust edge for everyday use.
What knives can I sharpen?
EdgeRoll™ Pro is intended for straight-edge steel kitchen, camp and outdoor cooking knives. For high-value, specialty or very thin blades, follow the knife maker’s sharpening and angle guidance.
Can it sharpen serrated knives, scissors or ceramic blades?
No. EdgeRoll™ Pro is designed for straight-edge steel knives and should not be used on serrated knives, scissors or ceramic blades.
Do I need water or honing oil?
No. The standard 400-grit sharpening and 1000-grit honing surfaces are intended for dry use.
How many passes should I make?
The number depends on the steel and condition of the edge. Start with a few light, complete passes from heel to tip, inspect the edge and repeat only as needed.
How should I clean and store the set?
Wipe residue from the abrasive surfaces and magnetic guide with a clean, dry cloth. Do not soak the roller or add oil. Return both pieces to the box only after they are clean and dry.
What is included?
You receive one weighted EdgeRoll™ Pro roller with 400-grit and 1000-grit surfaces, plus one magnetic guide with 15° and 20° positions.
